Naoko Nakamura serves as the Legal Affairs and Cultural Relations Manager for United IP Counselors, LLC, and she has worked in the patent industry for many years.
中村尚子は、United IP Counselors, LLC の法務・文化交流担当マネージャーを務め、長年にわたり特許業界に携わっています。
With a bachelor's degree in English language and literature from Sophia University in Tokyo and a fascination with technology, Naoko began her patent-oriented career in the optical technology-related equipment division of a major Japanese corporation.
There, she translated patent specifications, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, medical equipment, and broadcasting equipment, as well as contracts, and coordinated the flow of patent applications through the company.
Since leaving that company, Naoko has continued to translate patents and patent applications for a diverse range of clients. At UIPC, she is often the first point of contact for many clients and facilitates the Firm's ability to respond to client needs.
東京の上智大学で英語（言語と文学）の学士号を取得した後、技術への関心から、日本の大手企業の光学技術関連機器部門で特許志向のキャリアを開始しました。
企業勤務時には、半導体製造装置、医療機器、放送機器などに関する特許明細書や契約書の翻訳、特許出願の取りまとめなどを行っていました。
同社退社後も、機械分野をはじめとする様々な分野のクライアントの特許および特許出願の翻訳を手がけています。UIPCでは多くのクライアントにとって最初の窓口となり、事務所の迅速な対応を支えています。
