創業者。日本弁理士、米国パテント・エージェントで、GIPグループ（United GIPs）の設立・運営に関与してきました。
Yoshi began his career in intellectual property in 1981 and was admitted as a Japanese patent attorney in 1986. Since 1998, he has also been registered as a Patent Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Over the years, Yoshi's practice has involved preparing and prosecuting Japanese patent applications on behalf of U.S. clients, and he has provided input on prosecution of U.S. patent applications on behalf of numerous Japanese clients. He has also been involved in establishing and managing ten IP law firms in eight countries and regions worldwide, including Shinjyu Global IP in Japan.
Yoshi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Doshisha University and is a member of the Japanese Patent Attorneys' Association.
宮川良夫は、1981年に知的財産分野でのキャリアを開始し、1986年に日本の弁理士となりました。また、1998年から米国特許商標庁におけるパテント・エージェントとしても登録されています。
長年にわたり、米国のクライアントに代わって日本特許出願の準備および遂行に携わるとともに、多数の日本のクライアントに米国特許出願の実務に関する助言を提供してきました。また、弁理士法人新樹グローバル・アイピーをはじめとして、世界8カ国（地域）にて10カ所の弁理士事務所の設立、運営に携わってきました。
同志社大学で工業化学の学士号を取得し、日本弁理士会に所属しています。
